Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, customize, and support
BIOVIA applications
(Pipeline Pilot, Workbook ELN, CISPro, ONE Lab, Insight).
Develop and maintain
Pipeline workflows / protocols
for data ingestion, transformation, and automation.
Build scalable services and APIs to integrate pipeline outputs with enterprise systems.
Handle performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of pipeline executions.
Collaborate with business, data, and scientific teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure high-quality code, documentation, and adherence to SDLC best practices.
Support production issues and continuous improvements.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong
core development experience
(Java / Python primary)
Hands-on experience with
Pipeline development
(BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot or similar workflow/pipeline tools)
Scripting & automation:
Python / Shell / SQL
REST APIs, Microservices architecture
RDBMS:
Oracle / PostgreSQL / SQL Server
Linux/Unix environment
Git, CI/CD pipelines
