Target Students: Paramedical (Diploma/Certificate) students

Job Description:

Kanika's Nursing Academy, Sundernagar, is looking for a qualified and passionate Biotechnology Tutor to teach paramedical students. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify concepts and deliver subject knowledge in an effective and engaging manner, suited to the academic level of paramedical courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach theoretical and practical aspects of Biotechnology
• Prepare and deliver subject lectures in a structured, student-friendly way
• Design course material, assignments, and class tests
• Track and evaluate student progress
• Support students in clearing doubts and improving performance
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure syllabus completion

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Biotechnology or a related field
• Previous teaching experience (especially in paramedical/nursing colleges) preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt content to the learning level of students
• Passion for education and mentoring

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
