The company now is further expanding the wings in other regions of South Asia, with these product-solutions offering scientific, sustainable and need-based solutions to the animal farming community. Job Summary : The Regional Techno-Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for poultry-related products (feed, health supplements, vaccines, farm equipment, etc.). The role requires managing customer relationships, ensuring optimal product usage, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development : * Promote poultry products (e.g., feed additives, health supplements, vaccines, farm automation equipment) to poultry farmers, integrators, and dealers. * Identify and acquire new customers such as commercial poultry farms, hatcheries, and feed mills. * Meet or exceed regional sales and revenue targets. Technical Support: * Provide on-ground technical services such as farm audits, disease management solutions, and nutrition advice. * Organize farmer meetings, technical seminars, and product demos. * Train farmers, dealers, and staff on best practices in poultry health and production. Customer Relationship Management : * Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, integrators, and influencers (veterinarians, consultants, etc.). * Visit farms regularly to ensure proper product usage and address customer issues. * Gather feedback to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Commercial Operations : * Prepare and submit commercial offers, quotations, and negotiate pricing within guidelines. * Collaborate with distributors for order processing, inventory planning, and timely delivery. * Follow up on receivables and coordinate with finance for collections. Market Intelligence & Reporting : * Track competitor activity, pricing, and new product introductions. * Provide regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback. * Collaborate with the R\&D and product teams for continuous improvement. Key Skills & Competencies : * Deep knowledge of poultry science, health, and nutrition. * Strong commercial acumen and communication skills. * Relationship-building ability with farmers and dealers. * Problem-solving and technical advisory capability. * Willingness to travel extensively across the region. Qualifications: Education: B.V.Sc / B.Sc (Agri/Animal Science) / B.Tech (Poultry Tech) or equivalent. MBA (Agri Business or Marketing) preferred. Experience : 3–5 years in poultry sales, veterinary services, or farm support roles. Preferred Background: * Experience working with poultry integrators, commercial farms, or feed/health product companies. * Exposure to broiler, layer, or breeder management will be an advantage. * Hands-on knowledge of poultry biosecurity, farm management, and disease control protocols. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary leader to serve as Vice President for our Biosint Nutraceuticals. The incumbent will be responsible for driving strategic growth, business development, and operational excellence in the areas of poultry, animal health, nutrition, and performance products. This role requires deep industry knowledge, proven leadership experience, and the ability to build sustainable business strategies withing the global animal and poultry industry. The Vice President will be responsible for leading, developing and overseeing all operations related to poultry and animal husbandry. This role will focus on improving production efficiency, ensuring high standards of animal health and welfare, implementing modern technologies and diving business growth in alignment with organisational goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the business strategy for the Poultry and Animal Nutraceuticals division, aligning with the organization’s overall vision and growth objectives. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align business objectives with company goals. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships and product innovations in poultry and animal nutrition and wellness. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
