Biomedical Engineer

As a Biomedical Engineer in our team, your role will involve daily checking of critical equipment in the critical care area. You will be responsible for attending all breakdown calls, rectifying them, and reporting to the seniors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring spare requirement requisition and ensuring timely delivery - Coordinating with company engineers for breakdown of equipment under AMC/CMC - Documenting insurance claims and liaising with insurance company, surveyor, and company service engineer - Conducting preventive maintenance of equipment as per the schedule - Clearing repair and spare parts bills after verification with documented evidence - Compiling data of AMC/CMC equipment, following up, and maintaining documentation - Coordinating with company engineers and user departments to schedule PM visits as per AMC/CMC agreement - Providing equipment training to users as required - Repairing biomedical equipment in all departments, including the COVID-19 patient ward - Managing site requirements, installation of new equipment, and training users with the support of company engineers - Undertaking any other work/responsibility assigned by the HOD/Management Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. in Biomedical Engineering - Diploma in Biomedical Engineering With 3-5 years of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of biomedical equipment within the hospital setting.,
