As a usability evaluation professional with over 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in optimizing user-centered design within the healthcare technology sector. Your primary focus will be on reducing cognitive load and enhancing user experience by implementing industry standards and utilizing advanced tools such as Figma, SQL, Minitab, and more. Your passion for driving innovation to improve healthcare safety and efficiency will be instrumental in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping. - Advanced knowledge of SQL for data analysis. - Skilled in Minitab for statistical analysis and pattern recognition. - Familiarity with software testing and usability evaluation methods. - Strong analytical skills and experience using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Visio for reporting and dashboard creation. **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field. In addition to the technical skills required, you should possess in-depth knowledge of usability frameworks and standards, including SEIPS, HCD, CSE, and HCI.
