Biomedical Application Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Application Engineer to support Samsung Ultrasound systems. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, delivering application training to clients, and providing technical assistance to ensure optimal usage of Samsung Ultrasound machines in clinical practice. The ideal candidate should combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of Samsung Ultrasound systems to prospective and existing clients.

Provide hands-on application training to doctors, sonographers, and hospital staff, ensuring effective usage of ultrasound features and workflows.

Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including technical presentations and clinical application support.

Collaborate with the service engineering team to ensure smooth installation, configuration, and integration of ultrasound equipment.

Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the product and service teams for continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot application-related issues and offer real-time solutions to healthcare professionals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Samsung Ultrasound technology, clinical applications, and competitive products.

Prepare and deliver training materials, user manuals, and case studies tailored to client needs.

Represent the company at workshops, CMEs, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase ultrasound applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
