The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the subject matter they are teaching and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to students An excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a commitment to student learning and development, and a growth mindset are essential for this role . Developing and implementing engaging and effective lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum Assessing student progress and providing individualized support to ensure student success Encouraging critical thinking, collaboration, and hands-on experiences in the classroom Incorporating technology and current educational trends into lessons Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Participating in professional development opportunities to remain current in the field Supporting school-wide initiatives and programs. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Biology or a related field Female Candidates preferred. Proven experience teaching secondary school students Strong knowledge of biology and current educational trends and methods Ability to integrate technology and hands-on activities into lessons Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents Passion for inspiring and guiding students to reach their full potential.
