Biology Faculty

As a Biology Faculty for Foundation & NEET batches, your role involves various key responsibilities such as: - Conducting Classroom Teaching: - Teach Biology to Foundation batches (Class 8-10) and NEET aspirants (Class 11 & 12) using concept-oriented, diagram-based, and NCERT-focused lectures. - Ensure students grasp concepts through examples, visuals, and real-life applications. - Planning & Executing Syllabus: - Develop yearly/monthly teaching plans aligning with NCERT and NEET patterns. - Ensure timely completion of the syllabus with regular revisions. - Clarifying Concepts & Doubt Sessions: - Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions for both individuals and groups. - Provide extra support to weak and average students. - Preparing & Evaluating Tests: - Create/review various tests such as chapter-wise tests, unit tests, part tests, and full mocks. - Evaluate answer sheets and offer personalized feedback. - Developing Study Material & Content: - Create high-quality notes, diagrams, worksheets, MCQ banks, and NEET-level practice material. - Update content according to the latest exam trends and NCERT changes. - Analyzing Performance: - Monitor each student's progress consistently. - Identify weak students and organize remedial classes to enhance their scores. - Maintaining Classroom Discipline & Motivation: - Foster an engaging and positive classroom atmosphere. - Encourage students for consistent study habits and exam-oriented preparation. - Coordinating Academically: - Collaborate with other subject faculties like Physics and Chemistry for integrated batch planning. - Attend academic meetings and contribute to curriculum enhancements. - Engaging with Parents: - Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to update parents on student performance. - Inform parents about attendance, behavior, and academic progress. - Upholding Professional Ethics: - Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, and dedication towards student success. - Adhere to institute guidelines and maintain professionalism consistently.
