Bioinformatics Intern

As a Bioinformatics Intern at Basepair, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Assist in analyzing NGS datasets (RNA-seq, DNA-seq, etc.). - Support development and testing of bioinformatics pipelines. - Work with the team on data QC, annotation, and visualization. - Document workflows and contribute to internal tools or research. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Background in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Computational Biology, or related field. - Familiarity with Python/R and basic command-line tools. - Understanding of genomics concepts (e.g., sequencing, alignment). - Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
