Biodiversity Expert/Nature Education Officer

As a dynamic and motivated professional with relevant experience, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities at Give Me Trees Trust: - Conducting site visits, nature education, nature walks, and nature workshops. - Identifying, recording, monitoring, or breeding plant species, including the search for new species. - Carrying out surveys of specific species in particular habitats. - Studying plant populations at various sites across different locations. - Preparing layouts as per requirements, reporting to the manager, and working under their guidance. - Conducting biodiversity and wildlife assessments of project sites. - Conducting field research, designing and executing field surveys, data analysis, and report writing. Minimum Qualification required for this role is a Science graduate. Preferred Knowledge and Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Botany, Zoology, Wildlife, or Environmental Science. - Experience in a similar position with a reputed NGO is desirable. Essentials for this role include owning a Smart Phone and being interested in traveling to project locations.
