About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, with experience crafting compelling video content for a variety of platforms — especially social media. From branded videos and ads to reels and behind-the-scenes content, you’ll help bring ideas to life with high-impact edits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality, engaging videos optimized for social media platforms.
• Trim footage, add graphics, animations, subtitles, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to align with brand guidelines.
• Repurpose long-form content (e.g., interviews, podcasts) into short, digestible clips.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences.
• Organize and maintain video assets and file systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of content while managing multiple projects.
• Work with raw footage and storyboards to create engaging narratives.
• Edit a range of video content including social media clips, promos, ads, reels, tutorials, and event highlights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 2+ years of professional video editing experience.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; After Effects knowledge is a plus.

· Experience editing vertical and square videos for mobile/social media.

· Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and storytelling.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic audio editing and color correction skills.

· A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your work across multiple formats.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Experience working in a fast-paced content-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
