🔍 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: B.Sc / B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related Life Sciences
🧪 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2–6 years in Analysis, Verification, and Validation of Monoclonal Antibodies (mAbs), Peptides and other therapeutic antibodies.
🔬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Expertise in BioAssay techniques including ELISA, cell-based assays, and potency testing
Strong understanding of analytical methods for mAbs characterization
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, EP) and GMP documentation
Experience with LIMS and electronic data systems.
