Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Modeling:
- Lead the development of comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Utilize advanced software tools such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP to create intricate digital representations of MEP systems within project designs.
Design Collaboration and Integration:
- Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP design concepts effectively into BIM models.
- Conduct thorough reviews of MEP design documents to inform and enhance the development of BIM models.
Quality Assurance and Coordination:
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of MEP BIM models through rigorous verification processes and clash detection coordination meetings.
- Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to resolve conflicts related to MEP systems and streamline project workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Facilitate walkthroughs and presentations of MEP BIM models to project stakeholders, providing valuable insights and fostering collaborative decision-making.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, trade partners, and project engineers to support project progression and address any MEP-related concerns proactively.

Essential Qualifications include:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in MEP BIM projects within the construction or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, Dynamo (Automation) and AutoCAD MEP, with demonstrated ability to model MEP systems up to LOD 500.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering principles, construction methods, building materials, and relevant building codes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas and technical information effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
