Responsibilities

• Experience in product sales, market, and pre-sales activities for the client.
• Experience in product sales for the construction industry with 4D and 5D features.
• Be part of product development team and understand the functionality.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
• Able to conduct POC for client-specific problems using BIM 4D-5D technology.
• Ability to understand the problem statement of the client and provide solution from existing product.
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM technology using 4D and 5D methodology.
• Experience in pre-sales promoting BIM technology will be preferred.
• Experience working with BIM teams in the past and implementing client projects.
• Ability to understand the pain/issues in BIM technology implementation.
• Understand In-depth understanding of 3D, 4D, and 5D features within BIM workflow.
• Sound knowledge of estimation and scheduling (MSP/P6).
• Ability to understand the client's problems and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint presentation, Word, Excel).
• Sound understanding of overall digital construction methodology.
