Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller specializing in Electrical systems with 510 years of experience, preferably in Data Center projects. The role involves creating and managing detailed BIM models for electrical systems, ensuring accurate coordination and compliance with project standards.

• Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems using Revit and BIM 360.
• Prepare detailed layouts, schematics, and schedules for electrical services including power distribution, lighting, UPS, and grounding systems.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines (HVAC, ELV, structural).
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, project standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and project managers to deliver accurate and timely BIM outputs.
• Support implementation of global BIM standards and workflows.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of shop drawings from BIM models.

Minimum Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 510 years of experience in BIM modeling for electrical systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Understanding of electrical design principles and integration requirements.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650).

Preferred candidate profile

• Certification in BIM (Autodesk, BRE) is an advantage.
• Experience in Data Centers or mission-critical facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
