Job Summary

motivated and skilled MEP BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop

  detailed 3D MEP models

  using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and coordination
• Perform

  model updates and modifications

  based on revised designs and specifications
• Extract

  2D construction drawings

  and detailed sections from 3D BIM models
• Run

  clash detection

  , generate clash reports, and facilitate coordination during design meetings
• Maintain and enhance the

  project's BIM library

  , including creation and updates of BIM families
• Contribute to the

  development and implementation of BIM standards

  and best practices across projects

Qualifications

• 3-year Diploma

  or

  Bachelor's Degree

  in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum

  5 years of hands-on experience

  in MEP BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of

  MEP systems design, coordination

  , and BIM integration
• Proficiency in software such as

  Revit, AutoCAD

  , and

  Navisworks

• Good communication skills and the ability tocollaborate in cross-functional teams
