Website Link: https://icengg.com/ We are currently expanding our team and looking for experienced BIM Modelers/Team Lead/BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager in the following Department: Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, and Structural. Job details: 5 days week(Monday to Friday) Shift timings: 9AM-6PM. Location: Navi Mumbai. BIM Modeler - Mechanical No of positions: 3 SR BIM Modeler-Mechanical No of positions: 2 Experience: Minimum 3 years in BIM for Mechanical services (HVAC, Piping, Fire Protection). Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software for Mechanical systems. BIM Modeler - Electrical No of positions: 3 SR BIM Modeler-Electrical No of positions: 2 Experience: Minimum 3 years in BIM for Electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, etc.). Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools for Electrical systems. BIM Modeler - Architecture and Structural No of positions: 3 SR BIM Modeler - Architecture and Structural No of positions: 2 Experience: Minimum 3 years in BIM for Architectural and Structural design. Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools for Architecture and Structural systems. Team Lead - BIM No of positions: 2 Key Responsibilities: Minimum 5 years experience in BIM. Lead and mentor a team of BIM engineers. Coordinate and ensure seamless integration of BIM models across disciplines. Oversee project timelines, quality, and delivery. Ensure BIM standards and best practices are followed. BIM Coordinator No of positions: 3 Key Responsibilities: Minimum 5 years experience in BIM. Coordinate BIM models between different project disciplines. Conduct clash detection and resolve issues. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards. Ensure that all project deliverables meet BIM requirements. BIM Manager No of positions: 2 Minimum 6 years experience in BIM. Manage the BIM strategy and project implementation. Oversee coordination of BIM activities across teams. Ensure BIM standards and protocols are maintained. Provide leadership and training to BIM teams. Ensure BIM technology and tools are effectively used. Qualifications (For All Roles): Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, etc.). Expertise in using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools. Strong knowledge of your specific discipline's design principles, codes, and standards.
