Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Kozhikode. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and producing detailed construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks include utilizing BIM technology to facilitate the design and construction process, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the accuracy of project data. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a Modeler Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools Show more Show less
