BIM Modeler- Plumbing

We are looking for a skilled BIM Plumbing Modeler with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in plumbing systems and good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify BIM models for Plumbing systems using Revit
• Prepare detailed plumbing layouts, drawings, and shop drawings
• Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, and Firefighting teams for clash-free models
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues
• Follow project standards, codes, and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with project coordinators and team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a BIM Plumbing Modeler
• Proficient in Revit MEP (Plumbing)
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards
• Experience in clash detection and coordination
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to join immediately

Preferred:

• Experience working on international projects
• Team player with attention to detail
