Title: BIM Modeler No. of Positions: 01 Employment Type : Full-Time Domain: Construction - Civil Work Location: Narsingi, Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana Work Time: IST (9.30 AM to 6 PM) Mon to Sat Pay : 4 to 5.5 LPA Role & responsibilities Produce 2D & 3D drawings / identification of drawings based on the requirements. Should be able to understand the design requirements & architectural models and create detailed 2D & 3D designs for complex projects. Should be able to create a detailed design, schematics, blueprints for projects assigned. Work closely with the teams and co-ordinate & collaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets. Able to analyse data and situation and come up with creative solutions including Freehand Sketches. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for designs / drawings with proper versions. Ensure that the drawings shall be in proper scale and comply with engineering standards. Flexible working with Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners. Perform variety of design/drafting activities including preparing/updating plan/profile drawings for pipeline, road alignment, grading using corridor modelling, pressure/gravity pipe network and ground terrain modelling Should be able to address the challenges and come up with solutions and alternatives. Should be able to visualize, analyse, and communicate designs with greater quality. Preferred candidate profile Around 3 to 5 years of proven experience on the above areas. Experience working in AutoCAD, Sketch UP, 3Ds Max, Revit or BIM 360. Working on Temple and School projects would be preferred but not mandatory.
