Immediate Hiring !!!!! 🔧 Job Title: BIM Mechanical Modeler Location: Calicut, India Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site 📌 Immediate Joining Preferred Job Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Mechanical Modeler to join our team at our Calicut office. This is a high-priority, immediate-joining role. You will be responsible for developing precise 3D models of mechanical systems using BIM tools, producing construction documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate project execution. Key Responsibilities Create detailed 3D mechanical models in Revit (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection). Generate and manage construction drawings and mechanical documentation. Perform clash detection and coordinate with structural/architectural teams. Integrate design changes and feedback into BIM models. Attend BIM coordination meetings and follow project standards. Ensure model integrity, version control, and documentation accuracy. Qualifications Proficiency in Revit (Mechanical) , Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics. Excellent team coordination and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling. Prior experience with residential and commercial projects is preferred. Show more Show less
