Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across all projects.
Manage and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and modelers.
Coordinate with project coordinator, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate BIM execution.
Review and validate BIM models for design coordination, clash detection, and construction planning.
Integrate BIM with project scheduling, cost estimation, and other project management tools.
Ensure compliance with company and industry BIM standards.
Keep updated with the latest BIM technologies and tools, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Masters / Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in BIM management within the construction industry.
Proficient in BIM software such as
Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla
, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
