Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital transformation and BIM strategies across multidisciplinary projects. The role requires proven expertise in BIM execution, model management, and team coordination aligned with international standards. The candidate will oversee BIM implementation at a business unit level, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational and project goals.
  • Lead the creation, management, and quality control of BIM models.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage clash detection, and resolve issues.
  • Oversee BIM execution plans (BEP) and Common Data Environments (ACC, ProjectWise).
  • Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to project teams.
  • Evaluate and adopt new BIM technologies including GIS, IoT, and digital twins.
  • Ensure projects meet time, quality, and budget expectations while exceeding client requirements.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in BIM tools: Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revizto, ACC, ProjectWise.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS, BS, NBIMS, Uniclass).
  • Expertise in clash coordination, automation (Dynamo/Python), and digital workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale AEC projects and enforce BIM protocols.

Education

  • Bachelor s degree
