Virtual Building Studio is looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. If you’re passionate about Building Information Modeling and ready to lead impactful projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage 3D BIM models of Architectural and Structural systems using Revit
• Understand and apply advanced concepts
• Identify and resolve design clashes across Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to innovation and best practices in BIM implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience working in Revit
• Strong understanding of Systems and coordination
• Demonstrated experience with clash detection and resolution
