As an Electrical BIM Modeler, your role involves developing detailed BIM models for electrical and ELV systems, including security, communication, and data networks. You will collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical/ELV designs into the overall BIM project model. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of electrical/ELV models and associated documentation is a key responsibility. You will perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to electrical/ELV elements. Additionally, generating construction documents, supporting the creation of as-built documentation, and collaborating with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines are crucial tasks. Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to electrical/ELV systems is essential. Following company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices, as well as assisting in quality control processes and providing guidance to junior team members, if applicable, are part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed BIM models for electrical and ELV systems - Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines - Ensure accuracy and completeness of electrical/ELV models and documentation - Perform clash detection and resolve clashes - Generate construction documents and support creation of as-built documentation - Stay updated on industry trends and BIM technology advancements - Follow company/project BIM standards and best practices - Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members Additional Company Details: This job requires proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, with expertise in electrical and ELV system modeling and detailing.
