BIM Engineer Civil

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Architecture and Structure using Autodesk Revit.
• Create and customize parametric families as per project requirements.
• Ensure model accuracy, adhere to LOD standards (LOD 100-300), and maintain updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for seamless coordination.
• Prepare documentation, including floor-wise and wing-wise details, and perform quantity take-offs.
• Create project sheets and manage documentation for construction and coordination purposes.
• Utilize Navisworks for preliminary clash detection and coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Navisworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in BIM modeling and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
