Role Overview: As a Buildings BIM Electrical Modeler (MEP), you will play a crucial role in the design delivery and integration of projects within the Building Services sector. Your primary responsibility will be to digitally deliver MEP systems designs for various projects. Working collaboratively with a team of experts, you will contribute to the creation of multi-disciplinary designs and associated deliverables using advanced modelling and analytical software tools. Your role will be instrumental in implementing the design and delivery processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the digital delivery of MEP models and task information throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to project closure. - Assist the BIM manager in delivering digital outputs within project teams and ensuring seamless information sharing with other discipline teams. - Take charge of task-level management of the BIM model, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Act as the primary liaison between Buro Happold//"s and clients, engineers, and other design team members. - Cultivate strong team relationships through successful project execution. - Contribute to the development of a comprehensive content library tailored for the MEP team and integrate it with Buro Happold//"s standard library. - Coordinate activities, outputs, and standardisation of MEP deliverables to maintain quality and consistency. - Provide support for the development of Revit skills within the MEP team. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in software tools such as HAP, IES, Revit, Dialux, Amtech, and BIM platform. - Preferably experienced in working on residential and commercial projects, particularly high-rise buildings, in the Indian context.
