BIM designer

As a Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineer or a related field, you will be responsible for modeling, coordination, and clash resolution in Architectural and Structural services. Your essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of relevant experience. You should have a strong proficiency in Revit and hands-on experience in developing various stages of drawings. Additionally, you must possess good knowledge of Schematic, Single Line Diagrams, and IFC to create BIM Models using Autodesk Revit. Understanding a project's stages, scopes, and deliverables is crucial, along with knowledge of coordinating all MEP services in relation to Architecture, Structure, and Inter-Disciplinary MEP services. You will also be expected to perform Clash Detection using Autodesk Navisworks and prepare RFIs for Clash or Coordination issues.
