BIM Architect

As a qualified candidate with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and workflows for architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Utilizing BIM software, such as Revit, you will be expected to create accurate and complete architectural models, ensuring the integration of architectural designs with other disciplines in the overall BIM project model. Your responsibilities will also include conducting clash detection, resolving design conflicts, generating architectural construction documents, and supporting the creation of as-built documentation. It will be essential to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies. Collaboration with project managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines, while adhering to company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices, will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you may be required to assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members.
