BIM Architect - Remote, Full Time

We’re looking for a BIM Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing BIM workflows, ensuring that models meet project-specific requirements and industry standards. You’ll work closely with our design team to set up, manage, and maintain clean, coordinated digital models that support both creative and technical goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinate and manage the implementation of BIM processes and standards across architectural projects. 

- ⁠Collaborate with design teams to ensure BIM models are accurate and compliant with project goals. 

- ⁠Conduct quality control checks on BIM models for accuracy and completeness. 

- ⁠Set up BIM models for new projects including templates, libraries, and parameters. 

- ⁠Assist in the creation and enforcement of BIM execution plans. 

- ⁠Provide technical support and training to internal teams on Revit and related tools. 

- ⁠Perform clash detection and troubleshoot coordination issues using tools like Navisworks. 

- ⁠Stay current with BIM trends and technologies to continuously improve workflows. 

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

- ⁠Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, ideally in the architecture or AEC industry.

- ⁠Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

- ⁠Solid understanding of BIM standards and digital delivery (LOD 200/300)

- ⁠Experience with clash detection and multi-disciplinary model coordination. 

- ⁠Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. 

Bonus: Familiarity with Dynamo, or automation workflows is a plus
