BIM Architect / BIM Engineer

As a Technical Production Drafter at our company, your role will involve using your technical production skills to effectively produce design and construction documents. Your key responsibilities will include: - Refining technical drawings based on feedback from the design architect, project manager, and clients - Reading blueprints and developing working drawings from concepts with limited supervision - Drawing building elevations and transforming them into representation drawings To qualify for this position, you will need to meet the following requirements: - Associate degree or completion of a technical diploma in Revit / CAD drafting - At least 2+ years of experience with advanced Revit / AutoCAD skills - High attention to detail, accuracy, and visual aesthetic - Good communication skills - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and consultants - Proficiency with MS Office software While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred: - Degree or Certificate in Architecture, Drafting - 2+ years of work experience - Knowledge of working with BIM or US Building Codes is a must.
