BIM Application Engineer

Role Overview: As a BIM Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and guidance on the effective utilization of BIM software and methodologies. Your role will involve delivering informative and engaging educational sessions to a diverse audience, including construction professionals and students. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of BIM principles, proficiency in relevant software tools such as Revit and Navisworks, and experience in creating BIM Modeling. Maintaining a high level of expertise, continuously updating your knowledge, and possessing excellent communication skills to tailor content to the audience's needs are crucial aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive training and guidance on the effective utilization of BIM software and methodologies - Deliver informative and engaging educational sessions to a diverse audience - Possess a thorough understanding of BIM principles and proficiency in software tools like Revit and Navisworks - Maintain a high level of expertise by continuously updating knowledge - Tailor content to the audience's needs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in creating BIM Modeling and knowledge of sustainable design practices - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations - Excellent communication and organizational skills Qualifications Required: - M-tech / B-tech/ B-Arch in Civil / Structural / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering - Proficiency in BIM software's like Revit, Navisworks - Experience in creating BIM Modeling and knowledge of BIM Modeling principles - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Experience in the construction industry is a plus Additional Details: - Language: Malayalam (Required) - Location: Kozhikode, Kerala (Preferred) - Work Location: In person (Note: The Job Type is Full-time),
