Billing & Site Engineer (Interior Fit-outs)

You are a Civil Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience specializing in Estimation & Billing for Interior fit-outs. As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Estimates - Quantification of materials based on site requirements - Procurement of materials & negotiating with vendors - Taking measurements from the site engineer - Verifying measurements and preparing bills accurately - Certifying bills and invoices from vendors & subcontractors For this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - D.Civil/B. Civil degree with a minimum of 1 year of industry experience (immediate availability preferred) - Strong verbal & written communication skills - Drive for excellence & innovation - Ability to multitask, develop leadership skills, and collaborate effectively - Experience in Large scale Architecture & Interior projects is an added advantage Software skills required for this role include proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and a mandatory good command of Excel.
