Billing & Quantity Estimation Engineer

Role Overview: As a Billing Engineer, your main responsibility will be to manage project billing, quantity estimation, and cost analysis for civil building construction projects. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction, with hands-on experience in execution considered a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, verify, and certify contractor bills according to project requirements. - Create and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications. - Monitor project progress, generate Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and Daily Material Reports (DMR). - Conduct quantity estimation and reconcile materials and completed work. - Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to ensure accurate execution and billing. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors to facilitate smooth billing operations. - Assist in preparing cost analysis reports and project documentation. Qualifications Required: - B.E/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil building construction. - Hands-on experience in execution is an added advantage. - Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing. - Strong knowledge of DPR, DMR, and cost management. - Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software is mandatory.,
