Billing Executive (Telecom)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate client invoices based on work orders, project progress, or site data.
• Verify billing inputs with site teams, project coordinators, and MIS data.
• Maintain and update billing trackers, payment records, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients for invoice submission, clarifications, and payment follow-ups.
• Reconcile billing statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support management with regular billing status reports and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and documentation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounts, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MIS tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in telecom project billing (e.g., tower installation, maintenance, or site operations).
• Familiarity with client billing portals and documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
