Billing Executive- Tally Prime

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Tally Prime Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and provide support in financial management using Tally Prime software. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, resolve software-related issues, and assist in generating financial reports to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations:
• Record and manage daily financial transactions in Tally Prime.
• Maintain accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and GST compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Tally Prime Management:
• Ensure smooth functioning of Tally Prime software.
• Update and maintain company accounts, ledgers, and records.
• Generate accurate reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Compliance and Taxation:
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related calculations and filings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Data Accuracy and Security:
• Verify the accuracy of financial data entered into the system.
• Ensure secure storage and confidentiality of financial records.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with auditors during audits and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in Tally Prime (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Other Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to learn and implement new software features.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
