Billing Executive

To ensure an effective & efficient system of billing, effective follow up of collections from cash & credit

patient, to provide inputs for review of the terms & conditions of agreements with empanelled organizations.

Responsibilities

Billing system

• Study of the existing billing software, the extent of on-line feeding of charges, suggesting ways & means to ensure a completely on line system of feeding of charges in the existing / proposed billing software with an objective to reduce billing timing at the time of discharge of the patients.
• To ensure that all chargeable items & costs are included in the bill.

OPD Patients

• To ensure minimum possible time in OPD billing, so that the patient consultation/treatment is not delayed.
• To ensure timely dispatch of all credit bills of various empanelled organizations.

IPD Billing

• Checking of the charge folio / Activity sheet of the admitted patients.
• To reduce waiting time of patients coming for admission, on account of billing.
• To ensure daily feeding of all chargeable amounts to follow up payment from admitted patients.
• Interaction with the patients to take care of their billing related problems, follow up of their due amounts etc.
• Providing estimates to patients after consulting the treating doctors, wherever required.
• To ensure the smooth functioning of the billing department.
• To take care of the requirement of the credit patients including the following:
• Checking of the panel patient bills & related documents.
• To ensure fulfilment of requirements for submission & dispatch of bills to various empanelled organizations well within the agreed time frame.
• Follow up for realizations from various empanelled organizations.
• To ensure prompt response to the queries, if any, form empanelled organizations regarding patient billing.

Qualifications

• 10 from UP Board of School Education, kandhla in 2012 with 68% marks.
• 10+2 from UP Board of Secondary Education, Sujanipur in 2014 with 78% marks.
• Graduate from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (Meerut)
