Position Overview

We are seeking well versed and organized Billing Executive to manage our billing processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, manage accounts receivable, and assist in resolving billing discrepancies

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of R.A Bill for Elv & Fire Fighting systems
• Preparing all daily, weekly & monthly report.
• Monitoring all activities with respect of schedule.
• Preparation of Extra item with rate analysis & Amendments’.
• Execute the R.A Bills as per Drawings.
• Preparation of Variation & Escalation Statement.
• Preparation of Material & Installation Reconciliation Statement.
• Preparation of Debit & Credit Note.
• Preparation of Material Inspection Report & Inspection & Testing Request as per Client Format
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients as per their requirement in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate billing records on weekly and monthly basis and documentation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and audits.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
