We are seeking an experienced Billing Executive to handle daily invoicing, sales billing, and payment reconciliation in our wholesale and retail cosmetics store. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proficient in modern billing tools and accounting software, and capable of managing large-volume transactions with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and process sales invoices, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes for wholesale and retail customers.
Ensure accurate entry of product details, GST rates, discounts, and offers in the billing system.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and credit transactions and reconcile daily sales.
Maintain updated records of customer accounts, stock movements, and returns.
Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and accounts teams to ensure smooth billing and stock flow.
Prepare daily billing and payment reports for management review.
Manage and update customer ledgers and outstanding payments.
Assist in monthly closing, audit, and inventory verification activities.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer data at all times.
Required Skills & Tools Proficiency
Strong working knowledge of billing and accounting software, such as:
Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9
Marg ERP / Busy Accounting Software
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)
POS Systems and Barcode Scanners
E-invoicing and GST Return Filing Tools
Familiarity with inventory management and product categorization in cosmetics.
Excellent numerical accuracy and data entry speed.
Strong understanding of GST compliance, HSC codes, and retail billing norms.
Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
