Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Billing Executive with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Marg software. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing operations, purchase entries, and related accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily billing and invoicing activities using Marg software.
Prepare and verify purchase entries and ensure timely posting in the system.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth billing operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Billing Executive (preferably in pharma/chemical industry).
Proficiency in Marg software (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
