Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing agreements and purchase orders.

2. Understanding project details, milestones, and payment terms.

3. Invoice preparation and submission. Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and submission of invoices to

clients, including any required supporting documentation.

4. Payment follow-up. Tracking payments, following up with clients on outstanding invoices, and coordinating

with the finance team for payment processing.

5. Query resolution. Addressing and resolving any billing-related queries or discrepancies from clients or

internal teams.

6. Billing system analysis. Analyzing billing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and

efficiency gains.

7. Reporting and analysis. Preparing reports on billing performance, collections, and other relevant metrics.

8. Compliance. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and payment

processing.

Required Skills:

Billing Process and Invoicing: Strong understanding of billing procedures and invoicing practices.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve billing-related problems.

Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, finance teams, and other stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail in invoice preparation and data management.

Experience in Billing Systems: Familiarity with billing systems and software.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
