Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate sales invoices, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth billing and delivery operations. The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and credit notes accurately and on time.

Verify customer orders, product quantities, and pricing before billing.

Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.

Maintain billing records, ledgers, and daily sales reports.

Ensure GST, discounts, and tax calculations are applied correctly.

Handle cash and cheque entries where applicable and ensure daily reconciliation.

Support stock and billing audits with accurate data entry.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation.

Assist in customer follow-ups for payments or billing clarifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Com / Diploma in Accounting or related field.

Experience: 0–3 years in billing/accounts (preferably in a wholesale, trading, or warehouse environment).

Skills Required:

Knowledge of billing software ( MS Excel).

Good understanding of GST and basic accounting.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

Office-based role within the warehouse premises.

May require coordination with dispatch and accounts teams during extended hours.

Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience.
