Billing Executive

Position Title: Billing Executive – Payroll (Contractual Role) Location: Ahmedabad Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing processes for projects, ensuring accurate invoice generation, submission, and follow-up.
• Verify project documentation, contracts, work orders, and billing milestones.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to validate work completion and billing information.
• Maintain organized records of bills, receipts, and supporting documents as per company policies.
• Reconcile invoices with client payments and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare billing reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company accounting procedures.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Added Advantage: Work experience with IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) billing or related infrastructure/control system projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as Billing Executive in construction, infrastructure, systems integration, or related domains.
• Proficiency in billing software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience in IBMS billing processes will be a distinct advantage.
