Billing Executive

1. Invoice Preparation and Processing

• Generate accurate invoices based on purchase orders, delivery notes, or service agreements.
• Ensure timely billing as per company and client requirements.
• Apply correct GST or applicable taxes as per law.

2. Payment Collection and Tracking

• Follow up with customers for pending payments.
• Maintain records of received payments and update the system accordingly.
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping

• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, credit/debit notes, and customer communications.
• File and store hard or soft copies of bills for audit and compliance purposes.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth billing and delivery.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing queries and clarifications.

5. Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports for management.
• Monitor outstanding balances and aging reports.

6. Compliance and Audit Support

• Ensure all billing practices comply with tax regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary billing documentation and explanations.

7. Software and System Use

• Operate billing/accounting software like Tally, ERP, or any customized platform.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely software updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
