We are hiring Junior Accountants for Billing cum Accounts role for an upcoming Clinic at Calicut location.
Experiece:1-3 yrs
Location: Calicut
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, tracking payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies
- Perform month-end and year-end accounting close procedures
- Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and aging reports
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting and billing, preferably in a similar industry
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
