Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and issue invoices/bills for sales and services.
  • Verify and cross-check billing details with purchase orders, delivery notes, and job cards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer payments, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Handle cash, cheque, and online transaction entries.
  • Prepare daily and monthly billing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with accounts and sales/service teams for smooth financial operations.
  • Address customer queries related to billing and payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,546.74 - ₹15,000.00 per month
