Job Title: Billing Executive

Position Summary

Processing Orders as per Indents placed by Billing Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sale Invoice creation and confirmation of PI from Sales-person, distributors & dealers for West Region

• Customer Grievance & Complain handling for West Regions

• Coordinating with Warehouse for dispatch of Invoices for West Region

• Maintaining MIS of Orders placed v/s Orders processed

• Sales Returns

Skills Required:

• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience of Microsoft AX will be added Advantage

Education Qualification & Experience required:

• Min 2-3 Years Experience

• Graduate

• Basic Computer and Excel Knowledge.

• Prior Experience in Order processing will be added advantage
