Billing Engineer

As a Quantity Surveyor, your role involves preparing quantity sheets from onsite data & drawings, as well as creating bill of quantities (BOQ) and bills with item rates from tender documents. You will also be responsible for processing subcontractor bills and taking measurements from the site engineer. It is crucial for you to ensure that the work is completed according to the company's protocol. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings - Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender - Prepare & process subcontractor bills - Take measurements from the site engineer - Ensure work is done as per company protocol - Review the quantities item listed - Check and certify bills and invoices from vendors and contractors - Check measurements and certify bills - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word - Prepare reconciliation statements Qualifications Required: - Education: BE/ B.Tech or Diploma in Civil - Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project - Experience: 8+ years Location: Odisha Job Type: Full-time Please note that the company offers health insurance as part of the benefits package.
