Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates for clients.
Manage client billing from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of invoices and payments.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate estimation of quantities and costs during construction projects.
Utilize AutoCAD and Excel skills to create detailed drawings and reports.
Provide expert advice on concrete shuttering, BBS (Building Bye-Laws), and other related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of concrete shuttering systems and BBS regulations.
Proficiency in preparing BOQs, estimating costs, and managing client billing processes.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
