from drawings, GFCs, BOQ, and site measurements.
Maintain and verify
MB (Measurement Book)
, quantity sheets, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with project teams for
site measurements, quantity verification
, and approvals.
Monitor
material reconciliation
, including steel, concrete, cement, and other construction materials.
Prepare
rate analysis
, cost estimation, and support tendering activities.
Track
work progress vs. executed quantities
for accurate billing.
Ensure compliance with
EPC contractual terms
, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare
MIS reports
, billing status trackers, and support internal/external audits.
Follow up with clients and consultants for
bill certification
and payment clearance.
Support project managers in
cost control
, budget monitoring, and variation claims.

Requirements

3–8 years of experience in
Billing / QS
in EPC civil building projects.
Strong understanding of
construction drawings, BOQ, contracts & specifications
.
Proficiency in
Excel
, AutoCAD, and billing/QS tools.
Good coordination and documentation skills.
